Team
Dedication. Expertise. Passion.
Our team is comprised of a dedicated group of experienced healthcare experts, each with over two decades of unwavering commitment to their craft. Together, we have united our skills to craft a comprehensive questionnaire that delves into a variety of self-care practices. This questionnaire serves a dual purpose: it facilitates deep self-reflection and generates personalized graphs that provide a visual representation of your outcomes.
But our commitment to your well-being doesn't stop there. We take it a step further by offering tailored recommendations that seamlessly integrate into your daily routine, thereby enhancing your overall well-being. Our collective expertise and devotion to your health make us more than just a team – we're your partners on the journey to a healthier and more fulfilling life. So, join us as we infuse personality and character into our interactions, making it easier for you to connect with us and embark on this transformative journey together.
Story of creation ..
Sources
1. Literature analysis.
2. Analysis of strategies described in a book with interviews with psychological care specialists.
3. Analysis of similar questionnaires.
Round Nr. 1
The questionnaire was created in Latvian, and almost 800 people participated.
It underwent psychometric validation, and we structured it as you currently see in the questionnaire.
Round Nr. 2
We have translated the questionnaire into English, created an introduction video, developed a website, and prepared materials for personalized feedback. All of this is aimed at helping you gain a deeper understanding of yourself.
Future & Goals
We will carry out psychometric validation for the English version of the questionnaire once we have collected 2000 responses.
Self-care strategies often go unnoticed, and our aim is to develop a reflective tool for the benefit of everyone.
